He also emphasized the need for post-war assistance, saying, "I would like to learn from the experience of Japan reconstruction for post-war reconstruction, and I would like to welcome Japan government agencies and private companies in Ukraine."

He also stressed that "the provision of military equipment and the continuation of training for fighter pilots will accelerate the end of the war," and that military support from the international community is essential to continue the reversal offensive.
